Our lobby/restaurant provides a beautiful entrance to the Arena with Charlottesville’s longest bar, the Arena contains one of the largest special event spaces in the area and we are now offering a nearly 3,000sf private space on the Water Street Terrace for smaller intimate events. You can utilize one of these spaces or all three dependent on your needs and wants. These spaces provide you with capacities from 250-1500 persons seated or standing.
Rental Rates:
- Pricing is negotiable but averages $5,000 per day for the entire facility
- Pricing for the Lobby & Water Street Terrace is variable depending on the details of your event

What’s Included with the Facility Rental:
- Use of the entire building for the day including: Lobby, Arena Floor, Mezzanine, Meeting Room and Locker Rooms. No time restrictions on use.
- Use of our house sound and lighting systems.
