Our lobby/restaurant provides a beautiful entrance to the Arena with Charlottesville’s longest bar, the Arena contains one of the largest special event spaces in the area and we are now offering a nearly 3,000sf private space on the Water Street Terrace for smaller intimate events. You can utilize one of these spaces or all three dependent on your needs and wants. These spaces provide you with capacities from 250-1500 persons seated or standing.
- Pricing is negotiable but averages $5,000 per day for the entire facility

What’s Included with the Facility Rental:
